Nouns in English are divided into three types ///
1 // the Countable nouns.
The meaning of countable nouns is//
they are nouns that can be counted. For example, the word book can be counted and pluralized, so we say books, or the word pen, we can say pen or pens. As we mentioned earlier, the indefinite articles are a/an, and these two articles are used with singular countable nouns only
2 //The uncountable nouns .
These are the nouns that cannot be counted.

These nouns don’t accept indefiniteness, the indefinite articles a/an are not used with them, but they accept definiteness, the article the
These nouns are not preceded by numbers .
3// Proper nouns.
These are the nouns given to people or places such as cities or countries, or given to months .
Examples //
Robert /person name.
Cairo /city name.
London /city name.
Germany /country name .
March /month name.
The first letter of these names is written with a capital letter, and these names accept the definite article but don’t accept the indefinite articles
